All work is final and “as is” once the completed project is approved by the homeowner. Each home has it’s own individual structure, and the sustainability
of the grout, and caulk, depends on normal wear and tear.

Minor cracks in grout, and caulking, are due to expansion, and contraction, of rigid materials.
